Lovely quaint hotel right in the centre of Santiago and a 30 second walk to the Cathedral. Staff were really nice and checked us in before looking after my in-laws as we headed upstairs to get ready. Room was lovely and had all you can ask for. No view sadly but we were not disappointed at all given the quality of the room and service. Didn't have breakfast as we were happier out exploring the area and got breakfast out! ?

Nos pareció que tenía una ubicación estupenda y una pinta magnífica, así que habíamos reservado una habitación superior para hacer una escapada pero sufrimos un accidente justo antes de tomar el vuelo, por lo que nos quedamos en tierra. Deberían habernos cobrado la primera noche de estancia pero tuvieron la deferencia de llamarnos para informar de que no efectuarían ningún cobro e interesarse por mi estado. Muchísimas gracias. Por supuesto, haremos esa escapada en cuanto sea posible.
